Messaging Terms (SMS)
Last updated: May 27, 2026
These Messaging Terms describe the text-message (SMS) program operated by Nexgroup Partners LLC ("Nexgroup," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Our SMS program is used to follow up on your inquiry and keep you updated about your potential surplus-funds claim and our services — for example, scheduling a call, requesting a document, or sharing a status update. These are conversational, customer-care messages tied to a request you made.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our contact form at nexgroup.info and checking the box that says you agree to be contacted by text. SMS consent is optional and is never required to submit an inquiry or use our services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your case status and our ongoing communication with you. We only message you in connection with your inquiry.
Costs
Nexgroup does not charge for messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send any further text messages unless you opt in again. You can still reach us by phone or email.
For help, reply HELP to any message, email hello@nexgroup.info, or call (425) 610-9363.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate this messaging program. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported carriers
Our messaging is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
